The data center is connected to the E.ON distribution network by a high-voltage connection via its high-voltage transformer station with an output of 630 kW.
The UK colocation is protected against power failure by a pair of Caterpillar diesel generators of 550 kVA (N + 1 redundancy) and run time of at least 2 x 12 hours. A short-term backup is provided by a colocation UK with a capacity of 300 kVA per branch.
Two separate 230 V / 400 V AC, resp. two separate 48 V DC branches.
Both power supplies are available with back-up diesel generators, UPS units for AC 230 V and DC units with 48V DC batteries. All with N + 1 redundancy.
A separate power cord with its protection and measurement is available for each rack.
The halls are equipped with precision air conditioning units ensuring a constant temperature of 23 ° C, +/- 5 ° C. The air conditioning system uses air pressure to the dual technology floor space, the rack technology is cooled by passing cool air from the floor through the rack or a system of hot and cold aisles.
The TH Ivancice UK server colocation is connected to the center of the Czech Internet NIX via its routes in Prague by circular topology (two independent routes) via CE Colo with a transmission capacity of 10 Gbps and via TTC (also with a capacity of 10 Gbps).
Another 10 Gbps line provides a connection to the Slovak peering center SIX. We use the Hibernia Networks, Interoute, and Cogent (backup power) operators to purchase international connectivity. It is purchased in Prague, Brno, and Bratislava with a total capacity of 4×10 Gbs, which can be operatively increased. There is also a direct peering with the center peering.CZ (10 Gbps) and Google (10 Gbps).
Internet connectivity from our company is available to our customers in our Rackspace colocation.
We also offer rental of data circuits (L1, L2) up to 100 Gbps or rental of unlit fibers for interconnection of technology located in the data center with another object.
Also, several other domestic telecommunications operators whose services can be used to have their access points (POPs).
All-optical backbone services are available in cheap colocation. There are established backbone optical routes of our company, namely:

Customer’s authorized and authorized persons have 24/7/365 access. Customers will receive a name card for independent access to the building and the relevant hall. Chip card access is conditioned by entering the PIN as the second level of protection.
All entrances to the data center building are monitored by a CCTV camera system with a recording device with a record-keeping of 30 days back. The camera outputs are led to the central console of the surveillance center.
The building is secured by an electronic security system (EZS) with local alarm outputs (sirens) and outputs led to the central desk of the supervisory center.
The entrances to the building, individual offices or technological premises are equipped with electronic locks and sensors for verifying access permissions. All inputs are logged.
Fire protection system
Datacenter TH Ivancice is equipped with two independent systems for fire detection and extinguishing. The installed fire alarm system (EPS) is equipped with fire detectors. EPS outputs are connected to the central console of the supervisory center.
Technological halls are equipped with a semi-automatic system of stable fire extinguishing equipment (SHZ). As an extinguishing agent, the inert gas FM-200 is used in the technological hall, which, unlike commonly used extinguishing agents (gas, aerosol, etc.), does not damage the installed technologies of our customers.
Careful maintenance of all technical components of the data center, including all inspections and inspections carried out according to valid standards by professional staff, contributes to the high quality of provided services.
Maintenance is performed by our employees in cooperation with specialized supplier companies.
Load tests of diesel generators, UPS units are regularly carried out, and resistance to power failure from the distribution system is tested.
The HV transformer, the distribution system, the fire-fighting system, the extinguishing system, air-conditioning, and humidification units are subject to regular inspections and inspections.
